I know we are extremely lucky to have this amazing weather so I thought why not take a dress that fits with our weather and throw in a game changer with these lace up brown boots which are perfect for the snow on the east coast. This striped tunic dress in classic black and white is a great find from Marshalls, I love the shape it gives and by adding a belt it defines my waist. This gold metal belt is one of my favorite purchases and blends nicely with a number of pieces in my wardrobe. I layered on the necklaces, with this J. Crew black and gold necklace -stunning and this gifted Stella and Dot Somervell necklace which is beautiful. I love the burst of sparkle it gives when it is hit with direct sunlight. Additionally, I am rotating these triangle Trendy Trinket studs in black, simply elegant. You could add a coat to stay warmer. Yet, the best accessory is my new Michael Kors Jet Set Tote, the color is trending and style is classic. I decided on a curly ponytail, lipgloss and a dark smokey eyeshadow. I feel confident and fit for our weather, but add some layers and you too can wear this in below 50 degrees.

It’s funny how you change an outfit and all of a sudden the boots look great. I love this dress, there is something about simple stripes that just looks classy, and the belt is a great touch. I love the bag and I have said that before but in this outfit it just fits. When she added the boots with this dress and bag it really catches my attention. I also don’t mind the double necklaces. I would not say I am blown away but there still is a very cute outfit somewhere in here if we can just mix it up some more.
